Agrária is a cooperative active since the 1950s. It has established complete production chains, encompassing everything from agricultural research to the industrialization and distribution of products from its business units: Agrária Malte, Agrária Farinhas, Agrária Nutrição Animal, Agrária Sementes, Agrária Óleo e Farelo, and Agrária Grits e Flakes.

The main objective of the project was the modernization of the brand and its expressions.

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

  • Development of service provision contract and validation with legal team

  • Research and development of commercial rate table for proposal preparation

  • Elaboration of macro schedules and control of delivery deadlines for all parties involved (internal team, suppliers, and client)

  • Daily allocation of team and traffic, with control of project profitability

  • Management and elaboration of internal and external project control tools

  • Interface with client services, planning, and creative team

  • Scheduling and preparation of meetings, hiring, and payment of suppliers.

  • Adaptation of the brand book for presentation template kit;

  • Development of a usage guide for presentations
